Passbook One is published by Bong Digital Media. This is the same address for support, privacy and data requests, and anything else.
A note before you write
Please do not send your account number, card number, PIN, passwords or an OTP. We never need them, and we will never ask for them.
Passbook One only reads the alerts your bank has already sent you. It cannot move money and has no access to your accounts, so we cannot help with a disputed or failed transaction — your bank is the only one who can act on that.
